Overview
We know you trust us with your information when you use our stuff. That's a big deal, and we take protecting your data seriously. This policy is here to help you understand what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can keep it up-to-date, control it, or even get rid of it if you want.
1. Information we collect
The information we collect when you use any of Greenmonday Technologies products and services falls into three categories.
1.1 Information you provide us.
To use some of our products and services you need to have an account, and to create an account, you need to provide us certain information. Likewise, if you use our paid products and services, we cannot provide them to you without getting payment information. Basically, certain information is necessary if you want to use many of our products and services.
Personal Accounts. If you create an account, you must provide us with some information so that we can provide our services to you. This includes a display name (for example, “Creators”); a username, a password; an email address or phone number; a date of birth; your display language; and third-party single sign-in information (if you choose this sign-in method). You can also choose to share your location in your profile and posts, and to upload your address book to any of our social media built platforms to help find people you may know. Your profile information, which includes your display name and username, is always public, but you can use either your real name or a pseudonym. And remember, you can create multiple accounts, for example, to express different parts of your identity, professional or otherwise.
Professional Accounts. If you create a professional account, you also need to provide us with a professional category, and may provide us with other information, including street address, contact email address, and contact phone number, all of which will always be public.
Payment Information. In order to purchase ads or other offerings provided as part of our paid products and services you will need to provide us payment information, including your credit or debit card number, card expiration date, CVV code, and billing address.
Preferences. When you set your preferences using your settings, we collect that information so that we can respect your preferences.
Biometric Information. Based on your consent, we may collect and use your biometric information for safety, security, and identification purposes.
Job Applications / Recommendations. We may collect and use your personal information (such as your employment history, educational history, employment preferences, skills and abilities, job search activity and engagement, and so on) to recommend potential jobs for you, to share with potential employers when you apply for a job, to enable employers to find potential candidates, and to show you more relevant advertising.
1.2 Information we collect when you use our products and services.
When you use our services, we collect information about how you use our products and services. We use that information to provide you with products and services, to help keep our products and services more secure and respectful for everyone, and more relevant to you.
1.3 Information we receive from third parties.
When you use other online products and services, they may share information about that usage with us.
Ad Partners, Developers, Publishers. Our ad and business partners share information with us such as browser cookie IDs, generated identifiers, mobile device IDs, hashed user information like email addresses, demographic or interest data, and content viewed or actions taken on a website or app. Some of our ad partners, particularly our advertisers, also enable us to collect similar information directly from their website or app by integrating our advertising technology. Information shared by ad partners and affiliates or collected by Greenmonday Technologies from the websites and apps of ad partners and affiliates may be combined with the other information you share with Greenmonday Technologies and that Greenmonday Technologies receives, generates, or infers about you described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.
Other Third Parties, Account Connections, and Integrations. We may receive information about you from third parties who are not our ad partners, such as other users, developers, and partners who help us evaluate the safety and quality of content on our platform, our corporate affiliates, and other services you link to your account. You may choose to connect your account to your account on another service, and that other service may send us information about your account on that service.
2. How We Use Information
Breaking down how we use the information we collect is not simple because of the way the systems that bring our services to you work. For example, the same piece of information may be used differently for different purposes to ultimately deliver a single service. We think it’s most useful to describe the five main ways we use information and if you have questions that are not answered, you can always contact us. Here we go:
2.1 Operate, improve, and personalize our services.
We use the information we collect to provide and operate our products and services. We also use the information we collect to improve and personalize our products and services so that you have a better experience on our apps, products and services, including by showing you more relevant content and ads, suggesting people and topics to follow, enabling and helping you discover affiliates, third-party apps, and services. We may use the information we collect and publicly available information to help train our machine learning or artificial intelligence models for the purposes outlined in this policy.
We may use the information we collect from accounts of other services that you choose to connect your account to provide you features like cross-posting or cross-service authentication, and to operate our services.
We use your contact information to help others find your account if your settings permit, including through third-party services and client applications.
We use your information to provide our advertising and sponsored content services subject to your settings, which helps make ads on our apps more relevant to you. We also use this information to measure the effectiveness of ads and to help recognize your devices to serve you ads on and off of our apps.
2.2 Foster safety and security.
We use information we collect to provide for the safety and security of our users, our products, services, and your account. This includes verifying your identity, authenticating your account, and defending against fraud, unauthorized use, and illegal activity. We also use the information to evaluate and affect the safety and quality of content on our apps, products and services - this includes investigating and enforcing our policies and and terms, as well as applicable law.
2.3 Measure, analyze and make our services better.
We use the information we collect to measure and analyze the effectiveness of our products and services and to better understand how you use them in order to make them better.
2.4 Communicate with you about our services.
We use the information we collect to communicate with you about our products and services, including about product updates and changes to our policies and terms. If you’re open to hearing from us, we may also send you marketing messages from time to time.
2.5 Research.
We use information you share with us, or that we collect to conduct research, surveys, product testing, and troubleshooting to help us operate and improve our products and services.

Communication and Marketing Preferences
Email and Text Messages. If you no longer want to receive certain communications from us via email or text message, please access the “Notification settings” option for the relevant profile within the “Account” section of our website. Alternatively, click the “unsubscribe” link in the email or reply STOP (or as otherwise instructed) to the text message (note: you may receive a confirmation text message in this case). Please note that you cannot unsubscribe from transactional messages from us, such as messages relating to your account transactions.
Push Notifications. You can choose to receive mobile push notifications from GreenmondayTV. GreenmondayTV will send you push notifications from time to time in accordance with any notification preferences you have set on your mobile device. If you later decide you no longer want to receive these notifications, you can use your mobile device’s settings to turn them off (or via the “Notification settings” described in the preceding section). Please note that individual GreenmondayTV games may have their own push notifications (you can use your mobile device's settings functionality to turn them off). We also offer push notifications on certain web browsers. If you agree to receive those notifications and later decide you no longer want to receive them, you can use your browser’s settings to turn them off.
Matched Identifier Communications from GreenmondayTV. Some third party services allow us to reach users with online marketing about GreenmondayTV content or the GreenmondayTV service by sending privacy protected contact information to the third party. Privacy protected contact information means we use deidentification technologies to convert the original contact information (such as an email address or phone number) into a value (typically a long alphanumeric sequence of characters) to keep the original information from being revealed. The third party compares Netflix’s privacy protected contact information with privacy protected contact information in its own database and there will be a match only if you have used the same contact information with GreenmondayTV and the third party. If there is a match, GreenmondayTV can then choose whether or not to send GreenmondayTV marketing to you on that third party service, and can optimize and better measure the effectiveness of such marketing. You can indicate your choices in the “Privacy and data settings” (for the relevant profile) within the “Account” section of our website.
Marketing of the GreenmondayTV service using cookies and similar technologies. To exercise choice around cookies or resettable device IDs collected for marketing of the GreenmondayTV service or GreenmondayTV content on third party service, please use the tools described in the “Cookies and Internet Advertising” section below.

If you do not want to be presented with behavioral advertisements, you can indicate your choices by changing the “Behavioral Advertising” setting located in the “Privacy and data settings” menu (for the relevant profile) of the “Account” section of our website.
When you choose to opt out of receiving behavioral advertisements, you will still see Advertisements, but they will not be behavioral advertisements. If you opt out, we may still collect and use the information for other purposes.
An option to opt out is not provided in a Kids profile because we do not engage in behavioral advertising on Kids profiles.

This Privacy Statement applies to their use of GreenmondayTV (except sections that only apply to the member, such as those related to payments). Please note that the member controls the GreenmondayTV account and all profiles, the information in the account and all profiles, and whether to share (or stop sharing) the account with individuals in their household.
If you share or otherwise allow others to have access to your account, they may be able to see viewing information, account information in the “Account” section of the service, and game related information such as chat contents and saved game information. This remains true even when you use the profiles feature, although you can add a Profile Lock PIN on a profile (see help.greenmondaytv.com/node/114277). Please note that viewing history, recommendations, “continue watching” and similar information may be made available through various features and user experiences, such as Partner interfaces that are integrated with the GreenmondayTV service.
Profiles: Profiles allow users on a GreenmondayTV account to have a personalized GreenmondayTV experience, built around the GreenmondayTV content of interest to them, as well as separate watch histories. Please note that profiles are available to everyone who uses your GreenmondayTV account, so that anyone with access to your GreenmondayTV account can navigate to and use, edit or delete profiles, and information within or associated with the profile (although, as noted above, you can add a Profile Lock PIN on a profile). You should explain this to others with access to your account, and if you do not want them to use or change your profile, be sure to let them know. Profile users may be offered the opportunity to add an email address, phone number, or other information to the profile and will be provided with a notice at the time such information is provided (the “Profile Privacy Notice” applies – see help.greenmondaytv.com/legal/profileprivacy). We also have various parental controls available and you can learn more here: help.greenmondaytv.com/node/264.
Profile Transfers: The profile transfer feature on your account allows you and users with access to your account to transfer an eligible profile from your account to a separate account (including information such as viewing history and recommendations). Users of public or shared devices should log out at the completion of each session. If you sell or return a computer or GreenmondayTV ready device, be sure to first log out. If you or other users on the account do not maintain the security of your email address, password, and signed-in devices, or fail to log out a device you sell or return, then subsequent users on that device will likely be able to access your GreenmondayTV account, including your personal information.
Section D: Cookies and Internet Advertising
Use of Cookies
We, our Service Providers, GreenmondayTV Marketing Providers, and Advertising Companies use cookies, other similar technologies (such as pixel tags), and resettable device identifiers for various reasons. This section explains the types of technologies used, what they do, and your corresponding choices. To choose whether or not to receive cookies and similar technologies, please see the section below “How can I exercise choice regarding these technologies?”
Cookies and Similar Technologies, Pixel Tags, and Resettable Device Identifiers
Cookies are small data files that are commonly stored on your device when you access websites and online services. The text in a cookie contains a string of numbers and letters that may uniquely identify a device and can contain other information as well. This allows the web server to recognize your browser each time it connects to that web server.
We use other technologies such as browser storage and plugins (for example, HTML5, IndexedDB, and WebSQL). Like cookies, these other technologies may store small amounts of data on a device. Pixel tags often work in conjunction with cookies. In many cases, declining cookies will impair the effectiveness of pixel tags associated with those cookies.
If you use a GreenmondayTV app (such as the main GreenmondayTV app, or a GreenmondayTV game app) on a mobile device, tablet, or streaming media device, we may collect a resettable device identifier from your device. Resettable device identifiers can be used like cookies and are found on many mobile devices and tablets (for example, the “Identifier for Advertisers” on Apple iOS devices and the “Google Advertising ID” on Android devices), and certain streaming media devices. Like cookies, resettable device identifiers are used to make online advertising more relevant, and for analytics and optimization purposes.
Why Does GreenmondayTV Use These Technologies?
We use these types of technologies for various reasons, including to provide our service (for example, by making it easy to access our service by remembering you when you return); to administer and operate our business, to research, analyze and improve our services (for example, to improve site performance, monitor visitor traffic and actions on our site, and to test the effectiveness of our user interface); to send marketing and informational messages (for example, to deliver and tailor our marketing, and to understand interactions with our emails, marketing, and marketing on third party services); to operate our ad supported subscription plan; for safety, security and fraud prevention; and to comply with law and enforce our Terms of Use. These technologies enable GreenmondayTV Marketing Providers to collect personal information (such as the pages you visit and device and network information) when you use our services, and GreenmondayTV Marketing Providers may also collect information about your online activities over time across different websites.
We use pixel tags in our emails to understand how members interact with our services. Our use of pixel tags helps us understand when links within messages are clicked, or the emails are opened.
GreenmondayTV uses resettable device identifiers to display marketing for our service or GreenmondayTV content on third party services, and to operate our ad supported subscription plan (including delivering Advertisements to you).

How can I exercise choice regarding these technologies?
To exercise choice regarding cookies

To exercise choice regarding resettable device identifiers
To exercise choice regarding Netflix’s use of resettable device identifiers (for marketing the GreenmondayTV service or GreenmondayTV content, or as used in connection with an ad supported subscription plan), please configure the appropriate setting on your device (usually found under "privacy" or "ads" in your device settings). If you choose not to allow this, you may still see marketing messages promoting GreenmondayTV (and Advertisements if you subscribe to an ad supported subscription plan) on that device but it will not be selected based on the use of a resettable device identifier. Note that your choice regarding the resettable device identifier is specific to that device.
To exercise choice regarding other similar technologies
In addition to any choices we may offer you in the GreenmondayTV service, there are several ways to exercise choice regarding technologies that are similar to cookies, such as browser storage and plugins (for example, HTML5, IndexedDB, and WebSQL). For example, many popular browsers provide the ability to clear browser storage, typically in the settings or preferences area. See your browser's help function or support area to learn more. Most email clients have settings that allow you to prevent the automatic downloading of images, including pixel tags, and the automatic connection to the web servers that host those images. Other technologies may be cleared from within the application.
In addition to these choices, if you subscribe to an ad supported subscription plan and want to exercise your choices for behavioral advertising on GreenmondayTV as part of such plan, please see “Advertising Choices (GreenmondayTV Ad Supported Subscription Plans)” above.
